From 21^st – 22^nd August 2024, Geita Gold Mining Limited (GGML) a Subsidiary of AngloGold Ashanti hosted a transformative Disciplinary Policy and Procedure Training at the scenic Big Lapa Venue in Mchauru Village. This two-day intensive program was designed to empower GGML’s managers and supervisors with critical knowledge and skills needed to conduct effective and fair disciplinary hearings across departments, ensuring consistency and upholding fairness in order to foster transparency in decision-making processes and legal compliance.
