Dr. Kiva Mvungi is an accomplished Medical Doctor, boasting a Master’s degree in Public Health Management. Alongside his medical expertise, he stands out as a veteran in Mining Safety and Environment management. For the past 17 years, he has been working with Geita Gold Mining Limited. As of June 2017, Dr. Mvungi took on the role of Senior Manager – Health, Safety, Environment, and Training. Before this, he distinguished himself as an Environment Manager from 2015 to 2016.

His professional goals are centred on the effective planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation of health initiatives. Moreover, he is keenly interested in advancing into the realm of health management, with a particular focus on enhancing Occupational Health Management.
