Geita Gold Mining Limited (GGML) has opened applications for its 2026–2027 Graduate Trainee Programme, offering young Tanzanian graduates an opportunity to gain practical experience, develop professional skills and kick-start their careers in the mining industry.
The one-year programme provides exposure across more than 15 functional areas, including mining, geology, engineering, environment, finance, information technology, human resources, communications, community relations and more.
As part of GGML’s commitment to developing local talent, participants will gain hands-on experience, mentorship and valuable workplace exposure within a global mining company.
Applications are open to qualified Tanzanian graduates who completed their studies between 2022 and 2025. Female graduates and persons with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply.
