After more than a decade at the mine, Esther has grown into a Senior Resource Modelling Geologist whose work helps guide mine planning, investment decisions, and long-term strategy. She built that reputation through precision, consistency, and calm leadership in one of mining’s most demanding technical spaces.
Along the way, she also balanced career growth, motherhood, and mentorship while helping open doors for the next generation of women in mining. Today, she leads a team of more than 10 professionals and continues to show what is possible when talent is supported and given room to thrive at GGML.
