Geita Gold Mining Limited (GGML) recently participated in the National Environment Management Council (NEMC) 40th Anniversary celebrations and environmental exhibition, held on 28–29 May 2026 at the Julius Nyerere International Convention Centre (JNIC) in Dar es Salaam.
The event brought together government leaders, environmental experts, development partners, private sector organisations, and stakeholders to reflect on Tanzania’s environmental progress and future priorities.
As an exhibitor, GGML showcased its work in environmental management, responsible mining, biodiversity conservation, water stewardship, and sustainability initiatives that support environmental protection and community development.
The exhibition provided an opportunity to engage with stakeholders, share experiences, and reaffirm the company’s commitment to sustainable mining practices.
