The first GGM Connect session concluded successfully, bringing senior management and employees together for an open and constructive conversation on the company’s performance, workplace priorities, and employee experience.
Our Managing Director, Ashraf Suryaningrat, led the discussion, sharing key updates and responding to questions raised by employees across the business. The session created space for employees to speak directly with leadership and share perspectives on areas including work arrangements, career development, communication, safety, wellbeing and operational support.
As the first engagement of its kind, GGM Connect marks an important step in strengthening trust, transparency and connection across the workforce. It also reflects a shared commitment by management and employees to listen, learn and work together in supporting the company’s continued performance.
